Leave it to the innovators at Corbin to build a seat as versatile as the four-stroke thumper itself. Our Dual Sport design combines the functionality of a motocross seat with the comfort of Corbin's ergonomic design. Works great for dirt riding, trail riding or dual sport riding. Naturally, the styling is all Corbin with a variety of custom options included.

Like all Corbin designs, we start by crafting a seat using our high-density Comfort Cell foam. Comfort Cell retains resiliency and doesn't crush down like the stock foam so we can build a lower seating platform. This gives you better ground reach and a lower center of gravity. For the off-road enthusiast we were sure to leave enough nose to allow you to slide up the tank and get through the corners faster. Or slide back to skim the front end over the whoops.

Now let's say you're on a Dual Sport ride and you've just finished taming some intense terrain... you have some paved miles ahead to catch your breath. Slide towards the rear of the seat and you'll find a wider sculpted bucket shape. This area of the seat gives you more square inches of body contact and the firm support you need for amazing comfort. By the time you hit the next leg of rough stuff you'll be well rested and ready for more.

As you're seated, the bones in your posterior that take most of your body weight are roughly seven inches apart. Strangely enough, this is true for most adults (I'm not making this up!) Your stock seat at its widest point is 8". This actually makes the foam of the stock seat crush in and applies pressure to the center of your body. The Corbin model is a full 11" and is built with denser, sculpted foam that supports your body weight over a greater area and equalizes pressure. If you consider actual seating surface, the Corbin model gives you over 200% more body contact! Long story short, greater riding comfort!

On the top, we cover it with only the highest grade of weather resistant materials for durability and long life. To add a bit of flair, we are now offering an embossed material in a variety of colors that gives the look of Carbon Fiber (we do not recommend using leather in these saddle models). The traditional Corbin tag has been replaced with a tasteful Corbin logo stitched right into the contrasting side panel. Saddle mounts similar to stock with two bolts into the chassis. In order to provide a closer fit to the bodywork and tank, it is necessary to mount the supplied seat bracket to the bike first, then mount the seat to the bracket. Illustrated instructions can be found in the NOTES tab.

	ERGONOMIC SHAPING: A major part of the design criteria of the Corbin saddle is the Ergonomic shape. This means the saddle's foam shape is designed to emulate the curves of the human body. This provides more square inches of body contact and helps to eliminate hot spots. This shaping also neutralizes the seating platform to help curb sliding in the saddle which reduces fatigue. 	PATENTED MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY: Always an innovator, Mike Corbin invented Integrated Molding technology which is now the process by which all Corbin saddles are made. 	Due to the rigid nature of our seatpan, we use a single tongue in the front. Saddle is held down in back with two stock bolts into the chassis through the Corbin bracket.
	Because of our close fit to the bodywork and tank, it is necessary to mount the seat bracket to the bike first, then bolt the seat to the bracket from under the fender.
	Corbin saddles (with very few exceptions) include Genuine Leather Seating to provide a luxurious look and feel....   don't let anybody tell you that vinyl is just as good! You wouldn't buy vinyl boots would you?
	WARNING: Heater elements (when available) should never be installed in motorcycle seats that will be used by riders that cannot sense heat. This could create a hazardous condition.

FITMENT NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.

CUSTOM COVERS: You are always welcome to choose from our wide variety of colors and material options for your saddle. We provide these options at no extra charge as long as we can use our existing cover patterns. Creating a new cover design requires specialized custom work and will result in additional charges.

SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials, Heaters, Coolers and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).

FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. A note about paint color matching, PLEASE READ
