I received my seat on Saturday, earlier than expected. Installation was a breeze. Can't get much easier than that. The seat fits incredibly well.
Initial impression was that the seat was way firmer than I had expected. Rode the bike to work this morning and then it all came together. When my feet are on the pegs and hands on the bars I realized why everyone that I talked to said to "spend the money on a Corbin, you won't sorry". I'm definately not sorry.
Thanks for making such a great seat!

This is a multipart feedback. I had been having severe pain at my tailbone that also made it hard to put my legs up and down off the pegs. After about 15 minutes of riding the pain would start. It was either research seats or sell the bike. ...
... I've read and heard from other riders that some don't like how hard the Corbin seats feel. Well, I've got to tell you that not everything can be judged by using the "cushy-test" of feeling by hand or throwing a leg over for a few minutes. It's true that my first impression of the seat was that it was very firm, if not downright hard. Since I got the seat right as Bike Week was starting, I knew I'd have a good test for it.
You don't know how delighted I am to be able to ride again for extended times! After I'm in the saddle and riding, I discovered what the "cushy-test" doesn't reveal. The shaping of this seat is excellent and it gives me the support where I need it. My pain was almost completely eliminated even after 1-2 hours of riding.
I'm VERY happy that I stopped in and had a chance to speak with your people. The entire experience was great and now I smile when I hear about the "hardness" of Corbin seats because I know better. You folks make an excellent product that both feels and looks great.
