Purchased this seat and sissy bar for my wife since the stock passenger seat was about 6" wide and hard as a rock. Received product about 2 weeks after placing order, excellent craftsmanship. Installed in less than 20 minutes with no cursing on my part. Very satisfied. The seat is harder than the stock, but the contour is perfect and the comfort is as good as before if not better.
